Our Barn can hold up to 225 guests in the reception room and 150 guests in the ceremony room.
YES, We have air conditioning and heat throughout the barn!
Yes! Even though we are a “Barn Venue” we do have beautifully decorated, heated and air conditioned ladies and men’s bathrooms. These are conveniently located close to the reception area.

No- We offer indoor ceremonies only. Our ceremony space is right next to the reception room. There’s no need to walk very far to get to the Cocktail hour after the ceremony. Our large barn doors and side patio doors that can be opened (weather permitting) offer an outdoor feeling without the concern of inclement weather.
Yes, we offer time for your ceremony rehearsal when you book your reception and ceremony with us. This is usually the day prior to your wedding and includes time for set up of personal decor. ( 3 hours for both) (Saturday ceremony usually has a Friday rehearsal and Friday ceremony has a Thursday rehearsal)

You must use one of our preferred Caterers for your food and liquor. You can choose from the list of caterers on our website Preferred vendors page.
Yes- we do have a charming chandelier lit bridal suite with an ensuite bathroom.
Yes- There are many hotels near the venue and we do have a few listed on our preferred vendor page.
Yes, we have handicapped parking close to the entrance. The Barn and bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible.
